About me

Hi, I'm Freya! I'm a fully qualified, BACP registered, counsellor. I work in-person in Horsham and online. I will soon be expanding this to the rural village of Shipley. I completed my training at the University of Chichester, completing a 4 year BA(Hons) in Humanistic counselling. In addition, I've completed further training: Transactional analysis 101 (TA101) and Counselling Young People Stage 1.

What all this means in the therapy room is that I aim to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and care, creating a space where difficult feelings can be explored safely. This is a non-judgemental space where we build a therapeutic relationship together, allowing you to slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and begin to understand yourself with greater clarity and compassion.
